KFC Gateway Mall Three Piece Chicken Wing with FREE Rice (Eye)
To my surprise, the KFC Gateway Mall cashier informed me on 23 September 2009 that one order of rice is already included in the three piece chicken wing set that I’ve ordered, which makes for a savings of at least Php 10.
Fortunately, the KFC team leader was beside the counter where I ordered, and, I was able to clarify with her that the free rice is NOT offered in all KFC branches, but, rather, just in a select few, such as the one at the Gateway Mall Food Court on the third level.

Pizza Hut Bistro Megamall Server & Standard Practices (Ire)
It was my family’s first time to dine at Pizza Hut Bistro Megamall (located at the third floor walkway) on 20 September 2009. At the end of the meal, my sister and I made some suggestions regarding following some standard practices.
Serve on the Right and Clear on the Left This particular practice, I think, is mainly about traffic and respecting personal space. When the Pizza Hut Bistro Megamall male wait staff member served on the left side and cut across the chest area to put it on the right side of my sister, not only did he not observe protocol, but, it was a definite violation of personal space. The wait staff has to be careful about these important little details, especially with female customers.
Casual Acts of Police Arrogance in Manila
I was in Chowking Masagana TM Kalaw in Manila on Friday, 18 September 2009, around 7.30-8.30am where I witnessed two very casual acts of police arrogance, which, I’m sure, will measure in the lowest rating of the barometer.
I Want to Order from Where I Want One police officer, dressed in a uniform of a dark blue short sleeved button down with fine stripes, wanted to make additional orders.
