Buying Nike apparel and footwear started for me with the winning of a Nike top during a Fitness First Philippines event. To my surprise, the Nike top provided excellent support for the chest area, good ventilation for the back area, and to top it all, it looked good on me.
A View from the LRT 1 Carriedo Station- If you’re taking the LRT 2, ride it all the way to the Recto Station, and then take the walkway to the LRT 1 Doroteo Jose Station. Go down to the street level to transfer to the southbound side, and then alight at the LRT 1 Carriedo Station.
If you’re riding the MRT, take it all the way to the Taft-EDSA station, go through the Metropoint Mall to get to the LRT 1 EDSA Station, where all the fares are shockingly at a flat rate of Php 15.
Make sure to take in the view from the LRT 1 Carriedo station before you go down the stairs.
Fresh from their performances in the other Ayala Malls such as Ayala Center Cebu and Alabang Town Center, Cirque Imago will finally astonish the crowds at the Glorietta Activity Center.
The good news is there is no required amount of purchases to acquire a seating ticket for the Cirque Imago shows, just show up a day before and line up for the seating tickets. The bad news is they’ll only issue one ticket per person, so either bring the kids along or have proxies take their place.
Three kids, one mommy, one yaya and one tita-driver (me) trooped to the Mall of Asia last Sunday, 13 August 2006, to watch the Winx musicale. We based our assumptions about the activity on announcements in the August-September issue of the Winx magazine.
However, we found out that it’s not the Winx musicale that’s going to be shown, which is still going to be debuting next year, but another kind of program with games, guest appearances and a fashion show.
The mail disclosed an unexpected gift on 25 July 2006 as I opened a red envelope from Shopwise. Out fell a free gift certificate worth Php 100 that’s good for one year, not that I’m waiting that long before I spend it.

Maria Sharapova Wears Nike- I burst out laughing when I saw Maria Sharapova wearing a white Nike top with black and red piping, plus a black tennis skirt with red highlights, only because I have the same pieces in my closet for more or less a month now. It’s good to know that Nike apparel here in the Philippines is up to date. I usually go to Nike Women in Gateway Mall. |
