The Hey Manager card comes handy once again as I informed upper management regarding an incident on 07 March 2006 that caused my discomfiture, and had me labeling the experience to have me “Mad as Hell.”

I know for a fact that my membership card is sometimes defective when swiped, leading to the non-turning of the turnstile panels. So, after trying several times in one turnstile, I proceeded to the reception to have it manually checked.
And here is where my ire was kicked into gear:
1. Refusal of Manual Checking of Membership Card Mr. Diwa, one of two people behind the counter, instructed me to go to the other turnstile. Knowing the futility of such an action, I offered my membership card again, and Mr. Diwa repeated his instruction.
