5 Tricks to Keep Exercising During the Holidays

Since you’ll probably be attending a lot of family, business and friendly gatherings during the holidays, finding the time to work out will be quite challenging.

Change your regular schedule. For example, if you’re used to working out at night, your regimen may be put aside in favor of your social commitments. If that’s the case, then you might want to consider going to the gym on your lunch hour instead so that you get to keep active.

Repertory Philippines Man of La Mancha

Repertory Philippines Man of La ManchaAt first, I thought my eyes were deceiving me— Menchu Lauchengco, Cocoy Laurel and Audie Gemora onstage at the same time? At the end of the no intermission two-hour play, I feverishly scanned the program to find out if I was hallucinating or not. The beloved characters that the viewers have known will still appear, but in a different time mode.

With Encantadia’s end, I can’t help but reminisce about the past as well, even though I know perfectly well that they’re still part of the cast. I also posed my gift giving philosophy of giving only when I want to as another option through the article Be a Scrooge this Christmas. Hopefully, it might lessen your Christmas frazzle this year and in the future. But, if you are already shopping for bargains, watch out for those supposedly lower prices when buying more takes an opposite turn with Chuckles — Buy Less at a Lower Price.
