Enchanted Kingdom Forays Into Film and Publishing

Just when I thought Enchanted Kingdom is having difficulty with the advent of Hongkong Disneyland, I learn that they’re on their way to becoming entertainment moguls themselves with plans to go into TV production, film and publishing.

They began their aggressive business plan with the formal launch of Tales of the Enchanted Kingdom, a 6-part comic book series, at Powerbooks last Saturday 12 November 2005.

A Nickelodeon Spongebob Christmas at the Robinsons Malls

SpongebobThe first Undersea Christmas of Spongebob here in the Philippines will be celebrated in the Robinsons Malls. Its major sponsor is, surprise, Globe. It’s a surprise because Smart Kid was being heavily advertised in the Nickelodeon channel, which is Spongebob’s home station.

Now, the reported lower by 28% income of Globe, as compared to the same period last year, was partially due to increased advertising costs. 5. Putting on deodorant is not an option, it becomes a necessity.

Chuckles — The Revenge of the Chicken

Taking the Zoobic Safari jeepney through the famed dangerous open grounds where tigers roamed freely, only the bars of the jeepney separated us from the carnivorous animals. Nevertheless, we wanted to observe a tiger in action, i.e., a tiger going in for the kill.

To entice the giant cats closer to the vehicle, we bought a trussed chicken from the safari personnel to serve as bait.
