Max’s Restaurant Tiendesitas Coughing Server (Ire)

Having been sick recently made me very aware of the quality of the air within enclosed spaces. I have even resorted to wearing a mask to ensure that I don’t inhale bacteria laden air in trains, buses, elevators, etc.
Therefore, hearing coughing while climbing the stairs to reach the second floor of Max’s Restaurant Tiendesitas made me immediately concerned. After ascertaining who it was (it was one of the servers), I requested for the manager.
Upon learning my concern, manager Darcy Royo immediately offered to change all the plates and cutlery that were already laid out on the long table for our family reunion lunch that day on 01 August 2010. He also said yes to my request to have said server be assigned somewhere else and not be within the immediate vicinity so as not to possibly infect the kids. and, maybe even the adults.
Thank you, Mr. Royo!
