Teriyaki Boy Mango Boribori Yogato

Desserts have always been what were lacking in the Teriyaki Boy menu; so, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that yoghurt was being offered when I ate at the Teriyaki Boy Gateway branch on 03 September 2010. Among the numerous choices were concoctions that ranged from coconuts to strawberry.
But what caught my eye was the Mango Boribori Yogato, which turned out to be the perfect appetizer (dessert comes first) to a meal of gohan or rice, Agedashi Tofu and Nasu Abura Itame (eggplant in sweet soy sauce).
The yoghurt was topped with mango cubes, whose soft texture was countered with dried mango strips and crushed graham crackers, while drizzles of caramel added a luscious touch.
However, the yogato is only available in certain branches, a fact that we found out on 05 September 2010, when our family trooped to Teriyaki Boy at Fun Ranch (only to learn that it was already closed), before proceeding to Teriyaki Boy at Medical City, where we were informed that yogato was not on the menu.
