Why Glee Star Lea Michele Reminds Me Of Junix Inocian

E! reports about an incident wherein Glee leading lady Lea Michele managed to slight famous photographer Patrick McMullan

[Lea Michele] snapped at a photographer [during the Time 100 Gala in New York] who had the nerve to take her pic then ask for her name. How dare he!

Lea said she was Sarah Palin and then, Taylor Swift, when photographer Patrick McMullan asked who she was. Reportedly, Patrick then told the pretty girl to ef off.

We rang up McMullan, who’s a pretty famous celebrity in his own right (he snaps them all, trust), just to make sure. Here’s what he had to say:

“Everything that’s in that story is true, Lea giving me the fake names, but not what I said,” P.M. told us. “I didn’t say ‘f–k you’ to her, even though I wanted to say ‘F–k you!’ No, what I said was, ‘Forget about it.’ ”

“Yeah…but you know what?” McMullan laughed. “Taylor Swift and Demi and Ashton were totally cool and nice at that event. They’re classy.”

So, what’s the connection with Junix Inocian? It reminded me of the time when Junix Inocian told the tale of how he became arrogant and full of himself after his groundbreaking performance in the Repertory Philippines production of Fiddler on the Roof

Of course, Tita Bibot Amador would not stand for it and made sure to bring him down a peg or two, and made him eat humble pie while he was at it. This was not just a couple of weeks. Junix Inocian said it was more than a year; and, with what little I have seen of Tita Bibot’s temper and capability for disciplinary behavior, that must have been one hell of an ordeal…

Lea Michele has attempted to belatedly apologize via her twitter account:

Big apology to @PatrickMcMullan. Totally didn’t expect you (or anyone) @Time 100 to know who I was w/ all the amazing people there
