Boracay Withdrawal Symptoms

Now that I’m back in Singapore, all I can think of is going back to Boracay at least one more time this year. So, this morning was spent judiciously going through the national holidays of Singapore (each one entitles me to one paid vacation day), my actual possible days off from work, the number of days I have left for vacation (according to my contract), etc.
And then, I learn today that there’s a possibility that my cousins from the US may be coming to the Philippines for a vacation as well; so, I may get to tour familiar Philippine tourist spots such as the Pagsanjan Falls, Corregidor, Banaue, etc. I’m just waiting for my mom to confirm my cousins’ date of arrival so I can coordinate my schedule with the stage management of the Donkey Live show at Universal Studios Singapore
If all plans go well in August 2010, I’ll be running around Metro Manila and the nearby towns for ten days with my cousins; and then, I’ll plonk down on the beach front in Boracay with a friend who is willing to do nothing but eat, sleep, read and enjoy the powdery sand and clear waters, with a couple of rides on the paraw thrown in.
