SISTIC Informs Clients of Tom Jones Concert Cancellations via SMS (Eye)
On 01 April 2010, I received a SMS from the Tom Jones concert ticketing agent, SISTIC, regarding the musical event at the Resorts World Convention Centre.
From SISTIC: Tom Jones concert rescheduled for 01 April 2010 has been canceled. For refund details, please visit SISTIC or call (65) 6348 5555
Earlier, I had also received a SMS from SISTIC when the original concert date of 26 March 2010 was canceled.
From SISTIC: Tom Jones concert rescheduled to 01 April 2010, 8pm. Please present previous ticket stub for entry. For refund, please visit SISTIC or call (65) 6348 5555 for details.
SISTIC has my handphone number because I was asked to fill out a form upon my first purchase with the well known ticketing agent. With these incidents, I can now fully appreciate the reason why I was asked to do so.
