NBI Clearance Center Carriedo Fast Processing (Eye)
If you need a NBI Clearance, I will highly recommend the NBI Clearance Center in Carriedo. And, before you dismiss it as being too far, let me reassure you that it’s only two buildings away from the LRT 1 Carriedo station (I’ll post the pic later). Since the LRT 1 line is accessible via MRT and LRT 2, then the NBI Clearance Center in Carriedo becomes just a hop and a skip away.
Honestly, I dreaded the excursion into the bowels of NBI, foreseeing a hellish experience that will somehow scar me in some way, and, let me state firmly that I kid you not. Therefore, the speedy transition from step 1 to 6 of the process left me breathless to the point of being befuddled.
Do not expect friendly and accommodating, but, there is a crisp cold efficient staff manning the lines and booths, with an occasional display of kindness, such as when I lost my blue sticker, and the staff member allowed me to proceed to the next step, or the fingerprint station staffer advised me to relax.
Thirty to forty minutes and I was done, with the instruction to come back within three days time to collect the NBI Clearance. I was so shocked that I stood in the middle of the room for a moment to take in the realization that I was actually finished, with nary a scratch.
Thank you very much to the professional staff of the NBI Clearance Center in Carriedo! Excellent job!

Hi maria,
If you have been arrested but posted bail you may be on travel restriction to leave, this you need to check with dept of foreign affairs. An NBI clearance is usually for employment and some visa applications, so it depends where you go. I think your arrest will certainly show up on you NBI clearance though so I don’t know if you’ll have any luck actually going anywhere.
I hope this helps.
