FREE Mr. Quickie Ali Mall Bag Repair (Eye)
I passed by Mr. Quickie Ali Mall to have the zipper of a belt bag repaired. It was already the nth time for that particular item to be repaired for the same problem because of my tendency to over stuff the small compartment and to strain it at the seams.
I was apprehensive of the cost, because even a small length of zipper can still cost as much as Php 90.
When the Mr. Quickie Ali Mall saleslady returned from the back of the shop with the belt bag zipper all repaired, I inquired how much.
She said it’s for free because the zipper just needed to be pressed together. The shoe and bag technician surmised my bad habit and made the small necessary adjustment.
And, even though I was not a paying client, the saleslady even made an attempt to put the belt bag in a plastic bag. I just stopped her and said that it’s alright.
May I say that I’m still wowed by the whole experience? It was a completely unexpected service oriented gesture on the part of Mr. Quickie Ali Mall!
