Starbucks Cinnamon Roll Replacement (Eye)
I was hoping, but, I wasn’t expecting my Starbucks Cinnamon Roll to be replaced. First, I had misplaced the receipt, and, since I bought it at night on 10 June 2009, there was a great possibility that the Starbucks baristas on hand in the morning of 11 June 2009 were not going to be the same, thus, no one would be able to verify that I had bought the Cinnamon Roll (if they remembered at all).
Nevertheless, Starbucks Ali Mall Manager Genelyn Santos readily offered to replace the product once I had explained that I only found out that the take out Cinnamon Roll was very dry when I got home, and, I couldn’t go back on the same night to have it exchanged. She was also surprised that I had brought the Starbucks Cinnamon Roll in question.
I think the fact that I had established a relationship with the staff of this particular Starbucks branch played a great role too. If this had happened in another branch, the results may not have been the same.
