David & Goliath Transfer and Exchange of T-shirt (Eye)

I walked out of the David & Goliath Trinoma Mall shop on 02 May 2009 with an ill-fitting shirt.
You might be wondering why I would do so. I was wondering myself at the time, and, I think the answer would be ‘hiya.’
Prior to the 02 May purchase, I already passed by about a week before looking for the Vampire Brat shirt. I tried on the medium size, which was a pretty good fit, but, too form fitting, so I asked for the large size, which, unfortunately, was not available.
David & Goliath saleslady Levi Ofrasio offered to call other branches and find out if it were still available. It was.
However, since I didn’t want to travel all the way to Greenbelt 5, Ms. Ofrasio suggested that, if I’m willing to wait, they can have the T-shirt transferred to the Trinoma branch by mid-week. I wrote out my contact details so they can let me know when the T-shirt is already at the store.
In the meantime, another tee took my fancy and I bought it as a gift. Ms. Ofrasio gave me permission to take a picture and assisted by clearing a space for me.

I did receive a text by mid-week, so I was back at the David & Goliath store a couple of days later. However, when I tried it on, I realized the large Vampire Brat shirt was meant for somebody taller because it bunched at the bottom.
Yet I paid for it, and even took a picture, with Ms. Ofrasio indicating a better spot with stronger lighting.
Fifteen minutes later, with the realization that I might be stuck with a shirt that I might not wear, I went back and sheepishly asked if I could try on the medium size again, and, if it fits better, may I exchange shirts? Ms. Ofrasio was obliging and kind enough to say ‘Yes’ despite the inconvenience.
I went out a very happy customer with a medium David & Goliath Vampire Brat shirt. (And, I also received a FREE Nacho Mom apron that’s part of their Mother’s Day promo, which I gave to my sister-in-law.)
