Dairy Queen Coliseum Circle Manager Incident Report (Eye)
I passed by Dairy Queen Ali Mall on 30 April 2009 to obtain the email address of Dairy Queen’s upper management, so that I could send a link to the post detailing what happened on that very disappointing night when I was served a substandard blizzard at the Dairy Queen Coliseum Circle on 28 April 2009.
Since there was no email address available, I related the events to Dairy Queen Ali Mall Manager Jean, whom I had seen rise from being a Dairy Queen Gateway Mall server to her present managerial position. I also left my contact details at her request.
Dairy Queen Coliseum Circle Manager Rodel de Leon called me later and apologized profusely, plus, he promised to make an incident report and speak with Manager Marites Barang. Unsurprisingly, he had no idea that such an incident occurred until Manager Jean informed him of my story.
Mr. de Leon also gave me several invitations via SMS to visit Dairy Queen Coliseum Circle. I am considering it… We’ll see…
