My Starbucks Philippines Visit Survey (Eye)

When I was presented with my receipt on my 23 April 2009 visit to Starbucks Ali Mall, I was the pleased recipient of a Customer Voice receipt, an attachment to the original receipt that requests the customer to answer an online survey. As a thank you gift, the customer receives a free tall drink of his choice.

Of course, I was more than happy to be able to share why I was extremely satisfied with that particular visit.

I liked the fact that the staff was accommodating, from estimating the sizes to waiting for me to take a picture of the 3 tumblers for my blog to the barista’s helpful suggestion to put the 3 tumblers in a lined paper bag for easy transport.

I was referring to the fact that I brought 3 Starbucks tumblers to avail of the Php 40 savings in celebration of Earth Day, and, how I requested for the baristas’ help to estimate the amount of Signature Hot Chocolate I had to order, which resulted in Php 80 savings.

The excellent experience was rounded off nicely when the barista preparing the hot beverage waited for me to take the picture above, before suggesting the lined paper bag to transport the three tumblers easily.

Therefore, My Starbucks Philippines Visit online survey was very high on all points, and, it’s good to know that Starbucks is continuing this random survey. If I remember correctly, this is the second time that I’ve received a Customer Voice receipt.

Thanks to the Starbucks management and staff! And, an advanced thank you for my free beverage. I think I’ll try the new Dark Mocha Frappuccino
