Britney Spears Blogger Shuts Down Site with Injunction Threat
E! reports that BreatheHeavy.com owner Jordan Miller, a Las Vegas college student, is being accused by the Britney Spears camp of Copyright Infringement.
The Britney Spears fan is of the opinion that there’s an underlying motive for this move.
The real issue, in my opinion, is hidden behind these Copyright Infringement claims, rather management, particularly her father/conservator, Jamie Spears, who makes $18,000 a month off his daughter, is desperately trying to hide the truth about Britney’s imprisonment, and shut anyone up who disagrees with their conniving and selfish exploitation of an innocent mother of 2 pushed back into the limelight just several months after a hospitalization.
Jamie Spears, the father of Britney, has been granted conservator status, which basically means that the popstar princess cannot make a move without permission, from personal, financial to career decisions.
Jamie Spears was appointed by the court “[after] more than a year of bizarre behavior in which [Britney] divorced Kevin Federline and lost custody of her two young sons [and] put in a psychiatric hospital twice in January [2008].”
