Higher Price for Dairy Queen Brownie Temptation Blizzard (Ire)
When the Dairy Queen Ali Mall Cineplex cashier charged me Php 124 for my 16 oz. Brownie Temptation with Chocolate Chips Blizzard on 22 March 2009, I immediately said there must be some mistake, because I usually pay Php 104 only, and I just ordered exactly the same blizzard about a week ago.
Upon investigation, the mistake seems to have come from the Dairy Queen attendant having added Chocolate Chunks instead of Chocolate Chips. Additional Chocolate Chunks cost Php 25, Chocolate Chips are only Php 15.
When they offered to replace the blizzard, I said no, because the wastage of ice cream is abhorrent to me. I was prepared to pay the Php 124 instead of the Php 104, but, the cashier decided to charge me the latter.
