Try to catch the Philippine classes of Les Mills trainer for the Asia Pacific region Arnold Warren, because, he usually tries out the latest release in his jam-packed classes before he goes off to Thailand, Malaysia, and other Asian countries to teach Body Jam instructors the moves for the next highly anticipated release.
It was through a couple of classes at Fitness First Greenhills and Megamall this February that I was able to experience a preview of Body Jam 48, which will be launched on April 2009 in the Fitness First Philippines branches.
Gandalf “G” Archer, who appears in the video above, is the Body Jam choreographer of the Les Mills programs that are taught throughout the world.
