I was victimized too by their profit gaining procedures. I agree to all the negative feedback to FF. They gave numb responses and give inducing reason to continue when you say things about cancellation.

FF really change my lifestyle and my payat body to a nice body built. Thanks for my PT na magaling talaga mag motivate. He also advice me to use ALKALINE TUMBLER para gamitin na water sa mga supplements ko. I really feel the effectivity co’z i check also on the web ang found out na mabilis talaga mag abosorb ang protein and vitamins pag alkaline water ang gamit ko. My stamina improves also a lot. Kahit medyo mahal pero it’s worth for the money co’z i believe that my health is priceless. Thanks sa recommendation and intense training of my PT.

Hello po, I am from Canada and planning for a vacation for a month. Does fitness first have a short term contract for a month.
People, all gyms are like that. Even here abroad if you are a first timer they will try to hook you up on an expensive Personal Trainer plus other fees. I too learned my lesson here in Canada. A 2 to 3 hours session is good enough for newbies to learn safety. If you happened to be already on the hook for a lot of hours with a PT make a full use of it. Ask him/her a full body training (alternate upper body, next day lower body, or Super Set Training or Pyramid Training for strentgh building) Always inquire first about the contract length and termination then think about it if it is affordable to you before you sign. It is best to pay in cash the contract without giving your credit card info if you can afford.

Hello Liana. I have seen adults of all ages in Fitness First. It might be best to ask Fitness First directly re their requirements for membership, and, if there are any limitations with regards to age. The only thing I can think of is maybe a medical certificate from your doctor if you have any medical concerns. Enjoy your workout!
