SANA NAMAN GAWAN NA NG AKSYON NG COMPANY ITONG KAHAYUPAN NA GINAGAWA NILA!! Story A My friend uses my credit card for requirement purposes (and payment, of course) but she pays over the counter. She pays in advance but once upon a time, the receptionist/cashier/(whatever other job description he has) "forgot" to enter the payment in her account so it was still deducted in my credit card. She complained and asked for duplicate copies of receipts (she unfortunately lost her own copy of receipt). To our dismay, they don't have duplicate copies. My friend had no choice but to pay me again. :( Lesson # 1: Keep receipts! Lesson # 2: Keep job descriptions to a minimum so as not to forget or miss some important matters). Lesson # 3: Move on! Story B I was charged 83. in my credit card. I know it's less than 100 bucks but my point is what the hell is that for? When I inquired, they couldn't give me a straight answer. I gave up!!!! Story C Just this month (yeah, September), I have a 200 charge for I-don't-know-why. I know you get charged if the card was declined because you don't have sufficient credits. I checked and checked again my account and I do have more than enough funds. So what's up with the charge? Tsktsktsk. I'm waiting for the response. Hopefully, this time, they'll give me a reasonable response. I won't give up this time. Used their facilities only three times and they've already billed me for 7,000 pesos...and counting. I'm going to give them my termination notice first thing TOMORROW!! That provision of automatic re-enrollment should be OUTLAWED. If you don't show up for, say, three months, your membership (and the billings) should be automatically canceled. Email me the contact details of any lawyer who would like to take our case. I’m having the same experience. After a week sabi sa akin Sa MOA NA deny ung card ko. So d ako aaprove. ok lang.Then after 3 months May dumating sa akin ng billing ng Card ko. May Nabawas na sa akin 3 months deduction thru my card. nagulat ako then tumawag ako sa fitness first sabi sa akin active na daw ung card ko pwede na gamitin. ang Sa akin d ako sinabihan na dati pala active ung membership ko sa fitness first d ako sinabihan dun Sa MOA. At sinisi pa nila ako dahil dapat daw alamin ko daw un dahil ng member ako. sa bwisit ko d na tinawagan . so ngayon ung card company na ang naghahabol sa akin dahil d ko daw na settle ung account ko sa fitness first.
