Team Yehey Accommodates Happy Slip Fans (Eye)

An email to Team Yehey As one of the lucky bloggers who got invited to the 07 February 2008 11am-3pm Meet and Greet of Happy Slip at Mag:net Cafe, I felt obligated to point out a certain development to the event organizers from Team Yehey.

So on 03 February 2008, I sent an email to the Marketing Manager of Team Yehey, Ms. Elaine Uy:

Hi Elaine,

Thank you very much again for this wonderful opportunity, and advanced congratulations on what will surely be a successful event.

However, it has come to my attention that some bloggers feel slighted that they have not been included on what is perceived to be a first come first served basis sign up. May I suggest that for your next event that the rules of attendance be stated, and very clearly at that, so as not to raise erroneous expectations?

Team Yehey’s Reply The next day, Elaine replied, “Thank you for the heads up. Yehey! will be issuing a formal statement in the next two days to address this matter.”

The Second Meet and Greet Indeed, two days later, there was a formal announcement of the second meet and greet with Christine “Happy Slip” Gambito via email.

Due to insistent public demand, Happy Slip in cooperation with Yehey.com will hold another event entitled Happy Slip Fans’ Day this coming February 8, 2008, Friday at Mag:net Café, Bonifacio High Street from 1:00PM – 4:00PM. No pre-registration is required.
