Jollibee 24 Hour and Guaranteed Delivery (Eye)
KFC delivery was unavailable by 10pm on 08 January 2008, so I considered Jollibee because I really like their Chicken Steak.
Helpful and Patient Call Center Agent Since the last time I ordered through Jollibee delivery was eons ago, I was not part of the system anymore, so I had to give my personal details again.
And since I didn’t have a menu, the Jollibee call center agent was helpful enough to suggest items to help me reach the required amount of Php 165.
Moreover, I was concerned about the Jollibee branch my order would be assigned to because I wanted to eat immediately. The helpful and patient Jollibee call center agent verified the location and even answered my curious question as to where it was because I have never been to Jollibee Arayat.
30 Minute Guarantee I was also pleasantly surprised that at the tail end of the ordering process I was informed that there’s a 30 minute guarantee wherein I would receive a Php 200 gift certificate for my next order if my current order didn’t arrive within 30 minutes.
Fast Delivery It actually took only 22 minutes for my delivery to arrive.
Yummy Chicken Steak The Jollibee Chicken steak was so tender it was a delight to eat.
24 Hour Delivery I also learned that the 8-7000 Jollibee Delivery service is available 24 hours in my area. Wow! I didn’t know that. (However, on 16 March 2008, Sunday, I learned that delivery is not available from 10pm of every Saturday till 7am of Sunday, because Jollibee Arayat closes down during that period.)
Repeat Delivery Will I order again for delivery? You bet!
