Tips on How to Buy Tickets from Ticketworld

Although you can buy tickets 24/7 through the Ticketworld website, the computerized Next Best Seat system still has its limitations. Here are some tips on how to secure your preferred seats.

Get a copy of the seatmap. Ticketworld has excellent seatmaps of the most popular venues in Metro Manila. Please click on Outlets & Seatmaps. Another option is to request the show buyer or production company to email a copy of the seatmap to you so that you have a pretty good idea of the seat configuration.

Prepare a priority list of your preferred seats. The earlier you buy, the more likely you will get excellent seats.

Reserve and/or purchase your seats by calling the Ticketworld Head Office. Call the Ticketworld Head Office at 891.9999 and inquire regarding the availability of your preferred seats.

You can only reserve tickets through the Ticketworld Head Office. The Ticketworld outlets are only authorized to sell and give information.

Reservations will be held for three days only, which will give you ample time to purchase the tickets from any of the 15 Ticketworld outlets. However, please note that reservations will NOT be accepted by the Ticketworld Head Office 7 days or less before the show.

If that should be the case, it would be best to purchase the tickets via phone. Prepare your credit card number so that you can dictate it to the Ticketworld Head Office staff member. This is classified as an online purchase.

The Ticketworld Head Office hours are:
Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm
Friday and Saturday 9am-9pm
Sunday 10am-7pm

Call before going to the nearest Ticketworld outlet. The Ticketworld outlets’ computerized ticketing system may go offline due to PLDT related problems or the printer may not be functioning. To ensure efficiency, it is advisable to call first. The list below is based geographically.

Have your Ticketworld tickets printed out. If you bought the tickets online, you still have to go to the nearest Ticketworld outlet to claim your tickets.
