I Dream of an Email from Alfonso Cuaron

Alfonso CuaronWhile I marveled with my sister regarding the fact that one of the composers and lyricists of Avenue Q, Jeff Marx, found me through the Internet, what she said next sent me screaming.

My sister said that if Jeff Marx found me, it’s perfectly possible that Alfonso Cuaron can also find me through the Internet, and will be moved enough to email me.

As my webmaster Manuel Viloria replied to my SMS thanking him, “I may have helped put up the blog, but it’s your words that weave the magic.”

So now my hopes are renewed that somewhere somehow Alfonso Cuaron will find my post, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Director, wherein I list all the reasons why I revere the film.

In summary of his beautiful creation I wrote, “What makes his work so extraordinary is his ability to recognize how a literary piece of work can grow with the film medium, plus his commitment to the magical world showed itself in the rich details.”

My only regret is the fact that I haven’t started blogging yet when the Lord of the Rings trilogy came out, because I would have written reams of odes to director Peter Jackson.
