Meryl Streep Stars in Film Adaptation of Award Winning Play

Oscar award winning actors and nominee star in the film adaptation of the Pulitzer and Tony award winning play — Doubt.

For their performances in the film, Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Amy Adams, have already been nominated in the Golden Globe Awards and the Screen Actors Guild Awards. These highly regarded awards are usually a precursor for the Oscars.

Doubt was staged here in Manila by Atlantis Productions with Cherie Gil playing the Meryl Streep role of Sister Aloysius Beauvier.
