A Fictitious Tale from a Robert Pattinson aka Edward Cullen Perspective about Kristen Stewart aka Bella Swan
It was the premiere night of our film, Twilight, in the City of Angels or Los Angeles. How ironic, I thought. A film about vampires will be birthed in a “holy” place. My mouth twitched in amusement.
This night will be the turning point of the careers of everyone involved, yet, I couldn’t care less. I only wanted one thing, or, rather, person.
I watched furtively for her arrival, answering the questions of the reporters charmingly, yet still totally focused with the task on hand. All my senses were centered on pinpointing when she appears.
The days that we have been away from each other have torn me apart. I hungered for the sound of her voice, the touch of her skin, the enticing scent of her hair and the very essence of her presence.
And then, I knew the very moment when she stepped on the red carpet. My body came alive. I twisted my neck eagerly to see her gliding out of the car. My breath caught in my throat at the lovely vision she made. I longed to have her warmth to be beside mine. If possible, I would have flown to her side. Instead, I had to will myself to wait for her to traverse the line of reporters’ barrage of queries until she reaches me.
A sudden flow of air brought her scent to my starving senses, and I clenched my fists to control the sudden urge to pounce, to hook her waist and to capture her forcefully in a tight embrace as I claim her lips in a hungry kiss.
Instead, I strained my senses to hear her breath and the cadence of her voice across the length that separated us. I forced myself to continue the patter of question and answer with the press people in front of me, while I tried to take deep breaths to slow down the thunderous beating of my heart.
Finally, she was beside me, and I gently engulfed her delicate hand inside mine. As my gaze traveled from the tendrils of hair caressing her forehead, her bright intelligent eyes, her creamy rose-tinted cheeks, and her smiling lips, my eyes lidded over, and, I slowly began the descent that will touch her lips with mine.
I was drawn to her ever since the audition, and the main reason I agreed to do the Twilight movie was to be with her, and our daily contact during the shooting only intensified my longing for her to be mine. I even proposed to her during an intense private moment. The thought of Kristen as my wife made the blood roar in my ears.
I barely registered the gasps and screams from the crowd, the furiously flashing cameras, and the happy exclamations of the publicity staff.
My whole being was concentrated on her. My hands were trembling from the feel of clasping her hands in mine. My blood surged through my arteries as I drew closer. I slowed down my movement as long as possible, giving her all the chances to say no by merely turning her head away. Yet, she was still, oh, so very still, as if she too wondered what it would be like to kiss as Robert and Kristen, and not as our characters Edward and Bella in the Twilight saga.
I paused, hovering near her trembling lips, just inhaling the puffs of air that escaped her throat, luxuriating in the richness of her breath, before finally gently touching her softness with my tentative ones.
As we lingered over our first real kiss as man and woman, I couldn’t help the triumphant trumpeting of my joyous heart, and I slid my hands to clasp the small of her back so that I could bring her closer to my frame. But before the kiss could blaze any further, I reined in my passion and settled for sinking into the depths of her eyes, knowing that we will be exploring the possibilities of our future together.

Author’s Notes: I Think Robert Pattinson is Strongly Attracted to Kristen Stewart Maybe it’s wishful thinking on my part. After all, the whole fictitious story is based on the picture above, however, it’s not the only one showing Robert Pattinson in such a vulnerable position, National Post has another image of him during the LA premiere as well.
And, some of the details that I included in the story are true and based on Robert Pattinson interviews with various magazines.
I Asked Kristen Stewart to Marry Me People Magazine reported that Kristen Stewart said that during one of of the “really heightened time[s]” that they were together, Robert Pattinson proposed to her. The young actress admitted, “I don’t know how serious he was.”
Robert Pattinson confirms this story in the first public interview of the Twilight couple during the MTV Awards on June 2008, “Yeah, I mean I asked her to marry me like four times, but then it didn’t go anywhere. It just fizzled out. Fizzled out.” (Go to 0:43)
I Could Fall In Love with Kristen Stewart When Ryan Seacrest asked Robert Pattinson point blank if he could fall in love with his co-star Kristen Stewart, he replied without hesitation, “Yeah, she’s amazing!” (Go to 3:45)
Kristen Stewart is Basically The Reason I Did This Movie Premiere magazine can take the credit for unearthing the young heartthrob’s main motivation, “She’s [Kristen Stewart] basically the reason I did the movie. When I read the book, and there are these moony descriptions of Edward as this God-like figure, I thought there was no way I could play him, really. But when I got into the room with Kristen, there was just a certain chemistry.”
I Really Wasn’t Expecting The Girl Who Plays Bella To Be Like Her At All In his Vanity Fair interview, Robert Pattinson unwittingly reveals his fascination for his co-star, “Casting was really easy going, and Kristen [Stewart] is also very cool, but at the same time there is something very, very serious about her. I really wasn’t expecting the girl who plays Bella to be like her at all. Her professionalism made me keep my mouth shut whenever I wasn’t acting.”

I Dreamed of Kristen Stewart Last Night In a light interview with Seventeen magazine, Robert Pattinson reveals that Kristen has invaded even his sleeping hours when he was asked, “What did you dream about last night?”
His truthful reply is, “Kristen [Stewart].”
I Have a Crush on Kristen Stewart Another question from Seventeen is, “Who’s your celebrity crush?”
Once again, Robert admits, “Kristen Stewart (his Twilight, costar!)”
However, in a later interview, Robert Pattinson tries to play it cool by ingeniously answering a question about his celebrity crush, “I don’t know. I am sure that if I did say anyone’s name, it would be really embarrassing if I met them.”
Yeah, I’m Single Appearing as a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Robert Pattinson answers Ellen’s query about his single status with, “Yeah, yeah.” He adds earnestly, “I am [a relationship guy],” and then unmasks his mischievous side, “but nobody seems to want to get in a relationship with me. It’s strange.”
However, the BIG PROBLEM is Kristen Stewart is already attached.
Kristen Stewart Has a Boyfriend In the same Vanity Fair interview, when Kristen Stewart was asked whether she has a significant other aka boyfriend, her reply is, “Yes, Michael Angarano.”
Well, all I can say is that Michael Angarano better take care of Kristen Stewart, because it seems like Robert Pattinson is biding his time, just waiting in the wings, more than ready to step into his shoes if he decides to exit.
And, Michael should remember that there’s going to be lots of opportunity for Robert to charm his co-star, because both Robert and Kristen have expressed their willingness to star in the other films of the Twilight saga.
Robert also shared in his Ryan Seacrest interview that Michael is around a lot during the filming of Twilight. An interesting possibility is the fruition of fiction into reality — an Edward Bella Jacob love triangle may turn into a Robert Kristen Michael tug of war.
The Director Wanted Me To Promise Not to Get At Kristen Well, the strong chemistry during the Twilight auditions seemed to have made a deep impression on Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, who had an inkling of the possible complications when she offered him the role of Edward Cullen. That’s why there was a condition.
In an interview with a Hollywood reporter, Robert Pattinson laughingly recounted the telephone conversation wherein the director begged him, “Just promise me you won’t try and get at Kristen. Her boyfriend is one of my close friends.” (Go to 5:42)

Wow…I agree with you whoever wrote this I’m an older woman with a son the same age as Robert and a daughter older then that…I think what holds her back is fear of change and where she is safe, she knows Michael and I’m sure he’s watching from the wings as you said…but maybe Rob falls n love with all his co-stars..but I think him being shy and humble might just save him..I just hope hollywood doesn’t use and abuse them they are so lovely together and we feel it on film and in interviews so come on being that close they need to give it a chance and see what’s there maybe it would be the best thing ever for them or maybe not….but it’s so strange I want them to be together so badly maybe if he were with someone else he wouldn’t show the same amount of passion…but who are we …maybe it’s it’s just something lacking in my love life that I want…or want back…reguardless I wish them the best and I think they are wonderful…give a try sometime we don’t get another chance

Perhaps the directors request and the fact that she’s friends with Michael Angarano are part of the reason that there are candid shots online of the two of them which show more of that “Bella and Edward” chemistry than in just about any scene in the movie (except for the kissing scene and we know how that one ends - creepy). hmmmm.

But yeah I read/wacthed all the interviews and he did say those things. However we don’t know how serious he was because Rob seems like a person who doesn’t really watch what he says and likes to joke around. Of course I love for them to be together. I’m a hardcore R/K shipper! As ROb said in an interview where he said jokingly, he’ll marry Kristen and the interviewer replied that Kristen has already got a boyfriend, his reply is ‘Pfft what boyfriend?’ Hale Yeah! What boyfriend?

I really think he is just so in love with her, but it’s really hard for me to get a read on her.
I think something (not necessarily sex but something!) happened and now…I just don’t know on her part.

There was also the MTV Awards Red Carpet interview wherein they were asked point blank if they are together off screen, Rob answered that he proposed 4 times, and Kristen answered directly that no, because she found a good buddy and answered no again; then here’s the kicker, they looked or more like stared awkwardly at each other whilst the reporter was reading the prompter and the camera was still on them (i think they didn’t realize that the camera was still focused on them.)
But actually more than anything, I think the director calling him is what actually made me believe, that yeah, he is into her.
His answers in the interview I attributed to his self deprecating ways and British humour. The subtle glances and awkward looks they share during red carpet interviews when they were asked about an off screen romance—added to that belief as well.

I do agree with your analysis. I have felt their awkwardness and weirdness around each other and yet they seem to like each other but there’s this glass ceiling they can’t break through. Even during interviews, her bf would be there and she wouldn’t be able to answer questions that well (especially related to Kristen)

No, Tiffany, I don’t think so. The affectionate kiss is with Nikki Reed, whom Kristen has said in an interview that she was really happy to have finally worked with. Both ladies are known for indie and thought provoking films, so they are probably familiar, greatly respect and admire each other’s work. And, as I wrote above, Kristen has a boyfriend.

Hey, I can’t believe I am even on a site like this! Anyway, here I am aand I want to say Kristen and Rob do look like a perfect couple and I know it would be awesome if they hook up. However, lets consider her boyfriend, Michael how do you think he would feel about all this? I think that Kristen should stay with Michael and save the chemistry for Rob!!
