MAC Makeup with Gold Splattered Red Lips - MAC Makeup Artist Frances Talabis used the Russian Red shade from the MAC lipstick line, and then she experimented with Brassy Fluidlline to give the lips a subtle golden splatter.

Lower Eyelid — Museum Bronze Pigment Limited Edition
Upper Lashline — Brassy Fluidline
Wing — Dip Down Fluidline
Lower Lashline — Power Surge Eye Kohl and Duck Powerpoint Eye Pencil

And, of course, mascara and eyebrow liner to pull it together.
