Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines No Hard Copy SOP (Ire)
I have just finished a conversation with Jane, a call agent from the Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Customer Care Hotline to report my experience of a purchased non-pulpy one liter of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Juice.
I recounted my story and my theory cum question that my bottle of Minute Maid somehow passed the bottling process without going through the pulping part. I also gave my name, address and landline telephone number.
Jane said that she will get back to me via phone regarding my inquiry. I requested if she could send the details via email instead, since I’m not sure I will be home all the time. And, here’s the strange part, Jane said she couldn’t do so because Coca-Cola Philippines Bottlers have a policy of not providing a hard copy of its replies to customer inquiries.
It sounds like something that the lawyers thought of. Don’t provide a hard copy so there’s no proof the reply nor the inquiry ever existed. However, I am also used to receiving an acknowledgment of my inquiries or comments such as my experiences with International Dairy Queen or Mercury Drug.

I have an experience too… a while ago after taking my lunch…i saw a plastic or carton in my drinks( coke sakto) i have a proof also and I will keep it just incase they need a proof.
