Les Mills Instructor Paolo Gimenez Rocks Fitness First with Body Jam 46
Les Mills Instructor Paolo Gimenez, formerly with Fitness First Philippines and now currently working with Les Mills Australia, gave a Master Class at Fitness First SM Megamall last 25 September 2008 during the regular 7.15pm Body Jam class, which featured a preview of the upcoming Body Jam 46.
The excited crowd grooved with Paolo, and several Body Jam instructors, namely, Macel, Noelle and Melissa stayed in front to help out with the demonstration of the new choreography.
Les Mills Body Jam Choreographer “G” describes what to expect from the sizzling Body Jam 46 release and demonstrates some of the moves in the video below.
