Michael Phelps 12,000 Calorie Diet Tried by National Lampoon Fat Guys

This National Lampoon experiment of four “fat guys” gorging on a 12,000 calorie meal as done by 8 time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, and then racing a collegiate swimmer, is an excellent illustration of how a person’s weight is in direct correlation with the amount of calories consumed and the amount of physical activity done.

The outcome of this National Lampoon experiment may be predictable, but is nevertheless a great concept. Bravo!

Fat is an important part of a healthy diet, and should come from sources that offer nutritional benefits, such as olive oil or nuts. Glowing
