Jocelyn Dimaculangan of Philippine Entertainment Portal Jocelyn Dimaculangan of PEP reveals why Avenue Q Manila and Singapore director Bobby Garcia chose Carla Guevara to take over the roles of Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut, “Carla is one of our country’s most versatile theater actresses. She has done so many shows and when you do this show, you need someone dependable. It looks easy when you see it but you need someone who is really O.C. [obsessive-compulsive] and on top of themselves. For this show, you need to hire people who are very dependable.”

Dr. Fred Hawson of St. Luke’s Hospital Ear, Nose and Throat specialist Dr. Fred Hawson even asked Dr. Abbie Sanz to cover for him so he could attend the special event. Aside from taking pics and video, Fred was able to ask the one question that a lot of people are wondering about. What happens when President George Bush is replaced by another president? Will the lyrics of Avenue Q favorite ‘For Now’ change?

Julie Cruz of This is Jeanne Julie Cruz had a multitude of experiences, including a one-on-one with Joel Trinidad, “I sat down on the floor next to Joel Trinidad, who was Our Collective Favorite from last December’s run… we talked about scriptwriting, Repertory’s Mulan Jr., the call center industry, all sorts of writer-y things, How I Met Your Mother, and the astonishing talent of Red Concepcion.”

Avenue Q Spread the Fuzz Show Dates Join the Avenue Q Manila cast on its farewell run this June for a couple of hours of hilarity and fun. The Spread the Fuzz shows, where there will be activities in the lobby, will be on the following dates:
