Chuckles — Aliens & CSI Combo

The family found out that both my nephews and niece have primary complex, a lung infection akin to tuberculosis, which is a condition that is common in the Philippines. The doctor said that one of the adults they regularly come in contact with infected them, so my sister asked via SMS what can we do.

I replied, “Well, all the children are taking medicine, but we have to locate the host. Haha! Sounds like Aliens. We need to be X-rayed so that we can be eliminated. Now it sounds like CSI. Harhar!”

Notes: For Aliens initiates, the word “host” was used frequently in the science fiction series of Alien films to identify the living thing that the alien inhabits for its incubation period before its bloody entrance into the world.

As for the word “eliminate,” I usually hear it on the TV series of CSI as the reason why the CSI team has to take DNA samples from suspects— in order to “eliminate” them from the list of suspects by comparing the DNA results with samples taken from the crime scene.
