Fitness First SM Megamall Now Open
Longer Operating Hours on Saturday Fitness First SM Megamall is now open with longer operating hours during weekends. Notably, on Saturday, Fitness First SM Megamall is open from 8am to 10pm, while on Sunday, the operating hours are from 8am to 9pm. Weekdays remain the same with the rest of the Fitness First branches at 6am-10pm.
Operational Elevator Since Fitness First is on the 4th level of SM Megamall, management has struck a deal with SM to allow the elevator near McDonald’s to be operational when the mall is still closed in the morning. You may enter from the Julia Vargas entrance (the street between Buildings A & B) of Building A (the building that’s beside Asian Development Bank or ADB).
Facilities Like Fitness First SM Mall of Asia and SM North EDSA, Fitness First SM Megamall has its own Body and Mind Studio. The lockers are the electronic version as well, so if you have the regular card with the bar, you have to exchange it with a guest card at the reception.
One Level Fitness First SM Megamall is reminiscent of Fitness First Eastwood in the sense that everything is on one level, which is good news for people who have concerns when climbing or descending stairs.
Within the Mall Like with all Fitness First branches housed within a mall, Fitness First SM Megamall offers the convenience to its members of being able to run errands and go malling.
Near the MRT Ortigas Station Moreover, Fitness First SM Megamall is very near the MRT Ortigas Station, since it’s on EDSA itself, unlike Fitness First Ortigas, which is a couple of blocks away from EDSA. However, SM Megamall is not connected to the MRT the way Trinoma is, which has its own Fitness First Platinum branch.

Very true Hannah Neri same thing happened to me
I was one of those many people who got victimized by these LIARS! Beware of these scumbags…don’t believe in everything they say.. make sure what they say is stated in the contract… Try to read some reviews or feedback first from other members and search some of it in the forums or blogs.September 1st, 2009 at 2:28 pm
On any gym facilities in the Philippines, consultants are really out there to primarily to convince you not because they’re concerned about you but instead wanted to mee their quotas for the month. Sadly, they would appear as if they are really concerned and sincere. And when they couldnt convince you to enroll, it’s as if you are only a waste of time for them. Nakasimangot yang mga yan. Pero pag na-enroll ka nila, as if ang babait. It happened to me one time when I inquired at Megamall branch. The sales person gave al options so he get me in but then when he can not convince me to enroll on that very same day, because I told him that I had to think about it and study my financial resources, he was disappointed to the extent that when we stood up to go out of their gym, he didnt even bother to usher us out. Parang ang bastos di ba.

Hi! I’ve been scammed by Fitness First Megamall’s consultant. His name is King. Their super kulit staff made me go to their 4th flr office because they had a promotion for April. King said that he is going to waive the fee of P2,700 to just P2,500 if I enroll today. I said that I will leave the country in May so I will just come back on June. He said that if I enroll this April, he will give me a discount on my monthly fee. He even wrote it on the membership form: P2,500 per month. I made my initial down payment of P2,000 for the registration fee. He said that he will freeze my account and when I get back on June, my membership will officially start.
I returned from the U.S. on June. A personnel from Fitness First called me and BUGGED me everyday to go to the club. I thought that he was really concerned about me continuing my membership. Alas! I found out that Christian was a telemarketer who thought that I have not enrolled or paid yet! And so this eager Fitness staff by the name of Maria/ Marya said, “Sa akin na yan si Maam Hannah, kanina ko pa siya hinihintay” as soon as I entered the facility. I was confused because this Christian person said that he will be the one meeting up with me. Marya said that Christian just left and she will be the one taking care of me.
I showed her my form with my initial deposit of P2,000. She was surprised that I already paid last April and she said that it is already forfeited. I was so shocked because the reason that I joined in April because I didn’t want to miss the promotion. She also said that as of June, the fee is 2650, not 2500. I told her that the reason why I paid an initial 2k in April was so that I could get the 2,500 fee. I got really angry when she said that my fee was forfeited and that the membership fee is 2,650 not 2,500! I asked for King but Marya said that he is not available. She said that King did not tell her that I have already enrolled.
Christian was just a TELEMARKETER who thought that I have not enrolled yet. What really pissed me off is that I thought they were concerned about me because I have not started my work-out yet. NO. He was only bugging me EVERYDAY because he thought that I HAVENT ENROLLED yet!
I have lost faith in the system of Fitness First megamall because their so-called “consultants” are only there to prey on your money and to get their “cut”. It’s so obvious that they are just out there to meet their quota. They are inconsistent in their speech and in their words.I was victimized!
I have not received any refund for my money. If you have any suggestions on how I can fix my problem, please send me an email (teacherhannah@ymail.com). Thank you so much!
