Free 2008 2nd Quarter Les Mills Trial Classes at Fitness First Philippines

Fitness First Platinum Trinoma PhilippinesThe 2008 second quarter Les Mills launches will commence on 14 April 2008 at the Fitness First Platinum branches, namely, Trinoma and RCBC.

During a Les Mills launch, the new choreography for the Les Mills programs, i.e. Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Jam, Body Step, Body Balance and RPM are presented to the Fitness First clients.

A Les Mills launch is pretty exciting because each class will have, at least, three instructors (normally it’s just one), who are super hyped and overflowing with energy. There are prizes for participants, and, for first timers, it’s a great time to join Fitness First Philippines because there are discounts galore.

Compare prices and negotiate. Negotiate with the Fitness First membership consultant for the best deal possible. If you can, try to attend a Les Mills launch in two or more different branches so you can compare the deals and make an informed decision.

Is there something you should know before you join? Clarify with the Fitness First membership consultant regarding the termination of your contract. Note that most contracts specify a certain mandatory period of payment, for example, one to two years.

Make sure you’re committed to your health and to using the gym facilities before signing anything, otherwise you’ll be receiving nasty and threatening letters from a collection agency’s lawyer regarding the monthly payments (if you stop paying).

Is Fitness First a good investment? Yes. It’s a resounding definite yes.

In the four years that I’ve been a Fitness First member, I have seen consistent efforts for improvement in all aspects, from better services to upgrading of fitness programs and facilities.

And, they do listen to reasonable suggestions and comments. As one GX supervisor in one branch has teasingly told me, he had to use a folder to contain all my suggestions via the Hey Manager cards. Well, I do keep them coming, don’t I?

I wish to join the Megamall br. but a lot of people told me that once you have given them your credit cards they will noy stop billing you even if you want to stop your membership

Hello Anita. Unfortunately, there are no Retro classes YET at the Megamall branch.

Re the credit card billing, please ask your membership consultant re the mandatory period for your contract, after which you can choose to terminate your membership, and end the billing.

    Thank you.

    Hello!
I’ve just arrived in Manilla from Abu Dhabi. I’m hooked on Body Pump & miss it. I’m in the Green belt area temporarily, is there a Fitness First nearby & do they have a creche facillity????

  6. TheBachelorGirl on March 13th, 2010

Hello Samm. Welcome to the Philippines!

There are two Fitness First branches near Greenbelt:

    Fitness First Makati 813.0761
    Fitness First Plus RCBC 845.3480

I’m afraid there are no creches within the facilities. :(

    Enjoy your workout! :)
