The Most Expensive Musical The Lord of the Rings the Musical is now running in London’s West End at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Daily Mail reports that it took 25 million pounds to stage the musical in London.

A breathtaking revolving three wheeled set with 17 lifts created the mountains, towers and battlefields that the actors navigated to bring the Ring to its fiery doom.
