Palpak ang online tracking nila. Im from Catanduanes. I boight gadget online. Nang chineck ko yung tracking nila nasa Mindoro daw eh ang layo nun catanduanes Bicol. Tinawagan ko yung air21 makati and they said papunta nga daw ng mmindoro ung package and nakapangalan din daw sakin. Tinawagan ng seller and sabi naman nagkamali daw ng update at papunta daw talaga ng Catanduanes. After an hour i checked again the online tracking ang nakalagay nadeliver na at ibang pangalan nakalagay dun. Meaning nagdduplicate sila ng tracking number.Palpak na nga ang online tracking nila, sobrang tagal pa bago mareceived (5days) unlike jrs and lbc-overnight lang. Ayoko sa air21. How dare! Cause kanina lang they delivered packages to us. Wala kami sa house kaya Air21 left the package to our guard on duty. The Guard peronally delivered it to us upon our arrival. Wala din po kaming iniwan na message or ID sa guard na may delivery kami. But alam namin within this day dadating.I think may iba pang reasons kung bakit di dumating ito on time. File a complaint.
