Air 21 Courier Late Delivery (Ire)
I was shocked to learn that the package was four days late, considering it was being delivered by the local counterpart of courier giant FedEx — Air 21
It was consigned on a Thursday and delivered on a Monday. A conversation with Air 21 Customer Service agent Roger Montemayor by calling 854.2100 produced a couple of possible reasons why.
Recipient’s ID I learned that there were two attempts to deliver the package. Both failed.
Aside from absence, the most probable reason is because the recipient’s ID was not left with an authorized agent such as the maid or security guard.
Closed on Sundays Air 21 does not have any operations on Sunday, thus adding to the lateness of the package’s delivery.
Disclosure I do know about Air 21’s non-operation on Sundays, but not about leaving an ID. I wish that was disclosed at the time when we were filling out the delivery sheets, so that I could have asked for the necessary information from the recipient and at the same time advised said person to leave his ID.

NOT TRUE…yup, not true na you must be personal to receive the package. How dare! Cause kanina lang they delivered packages to us. Wala kami sa house kaya Air21 left the package to our guard on duty. The Guard peronally delivered it to us upon our arrival. Wala din po kaming iniwan na message or ID sa guard na may delivery kami. But alam namin within this day dadating.I think may iba pang reasons kung bakit di dumating ito on time.
