Fully Booked Launch of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Ire)

Obviously, the Fully Booked staff of Gateway Mall had not been trained properly for the launch of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as they seemed overwhelmed by the line of Harry Potter book 7 buyers.

While the first person in line’s purchase was being processed, another staff member’s hand began to take the reservation form from a client a few places behind me, which made me furiously and imperiously demand, “Stop! Organize yourselves! There is a line here!”

Realizing what she was about to do, the Fully Booked staff member retreated her hand.

A Customer Service staff member took charge, but I was irritated when he said that there will be two lines, one for walk ins and another for the ones with reservation.

As I predicted, the walk in line was serviced faster, so I demanded for the manager. Explaining urgently as to what was happening, the manager stopped the atrocious and unjust practice.

In hindsight, why wasn’t the Fully Booked manager on the floor in the first place? And why wasn’t the Fully Booked staff trained prior to the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

TO THE FULLY BOOKED MANAGEMENT/ STAFF:
Reservation….more priority pls. cause they took time and effort to reserve the book ahead. Para naman hindi sila pumila at maghintay sa pila ng matagal.
Matter of fact, 7th Book na ito…..learn from your experiences from the past book launches.
Just disappointed in you guys…cause FULLY BOOKED kayo.

After the anticipation, comes disappointment.. Can’t help it, anticipation is pure and always at the highest standards-it never fails to deliver. Nice blog!
