McDonald’s Philippines Mac Tonight Mad Dash
Today, 18 July 2007, is your last chance to sign up for McDonald’s Philippines Mac Tonight Mad Dash. At stake is Php 240,000 cash for the first pair to finish the Mad Dash to twenty-four 24 hour McDonald’s restaurants on 24 July 2007.
Age Requirement Contestants have to be 18-30 years old.
Nationality Contestants have to be Filipino.
Minimum Purchase Contestants have to make a Php 150 food purchase in any McDonald’s restaurant.
Raffle Draw The 24 pairs to join the Mac Tonight Mad Dash will be chosen via a raffle draw.
Ala Amazing Race At 12mn on 24 July 2007, 24 pairs will be given maps, cash and a race card as they race to 24 McDonald’s 24 hour branches within 24 hours.
Just like in Amazing Race, there will be challenges in some branches and only public transportation may be used.
Php 240,000 awaits the first pair to cross the Mac Tonight Mad Dash finish line.
Advice Since only public transportation may be used, I advise that contestants familiarize themselves with the McDonald’s 24 hour branches locations since they are known already, so that you can be aware of your transport options like whether to use the MRT, LRT, FX, bus, jeepney, tricycle or pedicab.

Hi everybody. I checked with Manager Norelle of the McDonald’s Quezon Ave restaurant (near National Bookstore with phone no 376.4587 or 415.0464) and found out that the deadline has been extended to 11am of 19 July 2007 for this particular branch ONLY.

3R Full body shot
Birth Certificate
Proof of Identification
Proof of Php 150 McDonald’s purchase (should include a Coke drink)
Signed Medical Certificate stating that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the McDonald’s Mac Tonight Mad Dash
FYI, 24 teams are going to be drawn in the presence of a DTI representative.
Plus, 12 more teams will also be drawn just in case a winning pair cannot make it. The team to replace it will be raffled from the extra 12 teams.
hi… just wondering… when would they announce the teams that would race? would they call you if you were picked? or.. you just wouldn’t know that your not in the race until the race already starts?

According to Manager in Charge Julius Lim of McDonald’s Quezon Ave., the Mac Tonight Mad Dash draw was done last night, Friday, 20 July 2007
Therefore, I would think that they would contact the winners over the weekend. This is just a guess, mind you.

the taxi i was riding had 101.9 and they were covering the mac tonight mad dash. at 2 pm, the 11 remaining teams were resting at McDo El Pueblo. there were supposed to be 12 teams remaining but 1 team allegedly had a problem producing a passport.
I tuned in to 101.9 and by 5pm there were only 6 teams left. The radio host let it slip that there is going to be a challenge when the 6 teams reach McDo Katipunan. I wonder if they’re allowed cellphones.
