OMG... how picky can you be? Do you think that a place called "teriyaki boy" is a fine dining restaurant?

Check out this Franchise Opportunity with Julie Anne's Gourmet Dessert Shop, provides you with all the Support Services of a Franchise without all of the franchise fees, there are different business options and they supply the required equipment as well, this should be a great business opportunity as they have over 23 years experience in franchising –

Hi Teacher Lorna! :) Have had similar experiences at other Teriyaki Boy branches. Dunno though if they are franchised stores or company-owned. The latest incident happened at T-Boy, Robinson's Galleria. I ordered a T-Boy Chicken Don for Alexa and an order of Chawan Mushi for me (hehe, diet!).

Alexa had gobbled up every bit of her chicken and rice dish, and the Chawan Mushi still didn't arrive (i followed it up about a zillion times!) and when it finally did, the custard was half-cooked! Good thing i was feeling great that sunday, otherwise i would have given the supervisor hell. :P I got a refund and a sheepish smile. C'est tout.

They were also mopping and spraying the floors with disinfectant (trying to get ahead by cleaning up early because it was close to closing time) while customers were still eating (eeew to the smell, don't they know that you can actually taste what you smell?)! Don't these stores have standards?

Same thing happened at T-Boy, Promenade. They were "washing" the floor and turning over chairs on tables, spraying soap and lysol all over while customers were still eating! and they were doing that in the same area the customers were in. The least they could have done was close off a certain area and start cleaning from there, but noooo... they had to make sure all empty tables were clean and ready, so they can get an early start home. grrr.

Then Teriyaki Boy TriNoma is probably a franchise too, because the food we were served was not worth the standard T-Boy prices. The sukiyaki (worth P220++) had less than half the normal amount of noodles in it. Tsk.
