According to the Department of Public Works and Highways, “The project starts from Boni Serrano Avenue along E. Rodriguez Intersection in Quezon City and ends at Marcos Bridge in Marikina City. Jointly funded by the Government of the Philippines and the World Bank, this P 1.15 Billion interchange project also involves the construction of retaining walls, bicycle lanes, drainage structures, streetlights, plants on median and sidewalk and road signs and pavement markings.”
