Joaqui The Jazzanova Project Album

Joaqui The Jazzanova Project Album CoverFirst I knew him as Wackie the child actor playing Edmund in Trumpets The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe, and then he grew up to be a teenager, and to signal the transition he wanted to be called by his real name Joaquin, and now to merge the two he has settled on being called Joaqui. And thus his name is the title of his debut album — Joaqui The Jazzanova Project

Without even knowing what was inside Joaqui’s album I snatched it up and proceeded to the cashier.

Predictably, Jazzanova is defined as “the hybrid of jazz and bossanova,” however, it has imprints from other music genres such as “soul, disco, R & B, and a little bit of everything else.”

I recently saw the first cut from the album turned into a music video on MTV — Sting’s Englishman in New York

If you want ringtones from Joaqui’s album text NOVA to 2346
For polytones, text NOVAPOLY to 2346
