Nothing knew on how the selection process is being handled; same with other companies, Recruitment team will just send a pre formatted email telling applicants that they have checked the applications but in reality they don't and they still preferred to hire those who are recommended by P&G employees, relatives and friends. I admire the company but the selection process are still not fair enough. I’m a bit disheartened when I send my online application in your company because I don’t feel the Recruitment Team really scrutinize or went throughly on my application.
