Free Starbucks Banana Chocolate Puffs and Starbucks Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Eye)

After ordering at Starbucks Silver City (near Tiendesitas and SM Supercenter Pasig) on 15 April 2007, I was asked by Barista Eder as to how many we were in the group. I replied three.

And thus I arrived at our table with three Starbucks Banana Chocolate Puffs and three Starbucks Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins.

With mouths agape, my friends ascertained that all the items were for free and not part of a promo with the Starbucks Banana Java Chip Frappuccino Blended Coffee, which I had also ordered for the first time.

I assured them that the Starbucks Banana Chocolate Puffs and Starbucks Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins samples were totally for free.

Of course, sampling is usually part of any marketing plan. Nevertheless, we would like to say, “Thank you, Starbucks!”

Incidentally, the Banana Chocolate Puffs and Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are now available in the Starbucks stores.
