Chuckles — Funny Signs on the Way to Tagaytay
A trip to Tagaytay on 18 March 2007 yielded two funny signs, which, unfortunately, I was unable to take pictures of. The first funny sign can be spotted at the second booth from the right at the Sta. Rosa exit on South Superhighway. It should have read:
ABSOLUTELY NO LITTERING
FINE P[number]
Instead, by some weird coincidence, some letters and numbers have slowly deteriorated so that the sign now read:
ABSOLUTE LITTERING
FINE
The second funny sign is actually a set of three signs that can be seen at the Sta. Rosa Highway on the way to the main road of Tagaytay. Some clever soul has put up three consecutive signs to read:
TINGIN (Look)
KANAN (Right)
POKE YOUR EYE
