Old Body Jam tracks will make one last appearance in the Dance Fusion marathon on 30 March 2007 Friday 5.30-7.30pm at Fitness First Greenhills. Also included are belly dancing, Latin and Bollywood.

Starting tomorrow 17 March 2007, only Body Jam releases 32 and above will be taught by the Body Jam instructors.

No exception. Even I will miss Adrenalina…

From what I understood they can teach some tracks from releases prior to 32, but only the high-energy tracks.

Because if they can’t teach anything from releases 31 and under, no more Bongo Song…

Only Body Jam Releases 32 and above will be taught in the future. That’s what the Body Jam teachers are announcing in their classes because that’s what they’ve been directed by Les Mills.

So everybody let’s take advantage of the classes now because it’s really the last time we may be doing some of the tracks! No more Adrenalina!!! Boo-hoo…..

I went to the special class at Fitness First Greenhills. It was the other way around with Arnold Warren teaching the first half and Kylie Gates teaching the second half. Kylie taught the long hip hop routine. It was a lot of fun. I liked the choreo.
