Harry Potter and the Heritage Alternative Art Gallery Owner
A video concept heralding the 21 July 2007 release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the last book of the Harry Potter series, was brought to fruition with the generosity of Mr. George Alcantara, the owner of the Heritage Alternative Art Gallery, whose acts of kindness are reminiscent of Don Cervantes himself.
It all started with an entry in the Wizard News, which specializes in searching the net about Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings, and in a few seconds an idea ballooned that required scholarly premises.
An array of books was found in the Heritage Alternative Art Gallery, and was made even better with the presence of antiques and artistic finds. However, the perfect setting for my directorial debut as a video director was dependent on Mr. George Alcantara, a man whom I do not know personally.
To my complete astonishment, he said yes to the project over the phone without ever meeting me nor wishing to look at the storyboard. Don Cervantes exists in this modern day and age.
With his utmost generosity, the world premiere is made possible to be within the month of February (in reality though it became March).
