    I WANT YOU TO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT THOSE CHARGES THAT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BILL ME…BECAUSE OF YOUR STAFF SONNY DID THE WRONG THING, IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM ANYMORE,WHAT I DID WAS TO GIVE THE I.D TO YOUR STAFF SONNY & ADVISE THAT HE IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE TO CANCELLATION SINCE THE ULTIMATE MEMBER TERMINATE & CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT LAST OCTOBER 2008.I WANT IT TO BE CREDITED ON MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SINCE MY KIDS NEED IT FOR THE PAYMENT OF THEIR TUITION FEES & THE MATERIALS IN SCHOOL.     I was also billed for not using the account. Nagpafreeze for a month and pinaextend ko ng 2months pa.. then, sabi nung reception, okay na, tapos need pa palang magfillout ng mga forms. i was billed for not using it.. bakit po ganyan ang fitness first? sobrang gahaman sa pagbill.?

    I also have a bad experience with the Fitness First. Grabe sila mang harrass. I received a copy saying na may utang ako sa kanila then sa legal department na nila yung case ko. I’m using the credit card of my friend tapos for 1 year akong member pina cancell ko na then. Tuloy tuloy pa rin pala yung pag bibill nila sa credit card nung kaibigan ko not knowing na hindi ko na nagagamit yung fitness first membership ko. They are not concern sa mga member nila, basta nagbabayad ka lang wala na silang pakialam kung pumupunta ka pa o hindi na. Grabe nightmare ko dito sa Fitness First. Sobrang harrassment yung ginagawa nila.

    Grabe! i feel the same sentiments with all of you guys….

    ako, i continuously paying the gym even am not using their facilities lately. since i want to continue to work out, am trying to find time for this. pero am so busy since i got pregnant and had my baby and put up new business. so hinayaan ko lang mag bayad ako kahit di ako pumupunta kasi nga i wanted to go to the gym pa.kaso dilemma starts when the credit card am using has expired 3mos. ago, someone from collection called me once a month since then. but since am so busy, i told them to call back coz that time am putting up a business. and no time to check my mom’s new credit card number. we had no time to see each other coz we are both busy with our own businesses. and after 3mos nga, there’s this call from fitness first daw, pero third party caller from a lawfirm harrassing my staff to give my cellphone number and address. minumura pa yung mga staff ko. kahit sinabing wala ako. tawag ng tawag. grabe naiyak yung staff ko kasi sabi pa sa kanya. “ang tanga tanga mo… gaga ka! gaga ka! mahalaga pa sa buhay mo ang tinatawag ko!”

    grabe… i dont think fitness first wont like or tolerate such acts. pero bakit wala silang ginagawang action…

    then i called yesterday to my homebase which is greenhills… ang sagot sa kin nung telemarketer nila… wala na daw sila magagawa kasi nasa lawfirm na daw yung account ko.. grabe!

    ive been a member since 2004… i last went to the gym last august 31 2008… the credit card expired last august 2009…
    imagine, i hardly use the membership, sobrang laki na ng nakuha nila sa kin without using their facilities. tapos nung maag expired yung card, ako pa nagkautang bigla sa kanila…

    they are very lack in customer service. grabe!

    Kung genuine ang complaints nyo, wag kayo dito magreklamo! DI naman ito ang website ng FF, magbasa naman kayo.

    Continuously charging your credit card kahit di ka nagpupunta. Thier reason, stated on thier club rules, 1 month notice before freezing or termination of memebership. in cases like emergency, medical reason or other an avoidable incident, they wont accept any reason.

    Even if you show them medical records pero sa totoo lang, Why? Sino ba sila na they obliged the members to show documents like this one. Even when you travel, they asked for plane tickets or any travel documents to attest your reason to freeze or terminate your membership with them.

    D ba nakakatawa! Ano yon? itatali ka na nila? You don’t have the right to stop & canccel your memebership with them.In our work, even as an employee, we have the right to rest, make a sick or vacation leave w/o our employer or boss asking for travel documents or medical records. Itong fifness,

    NAKAKALOKO! STYLE lang nila talaga yon asking for documents, the truth, thier after your payment regardless of any reason. Bolahin pa ko, thier after thier memebers health. ” MAPILITAN KA PUMUNTA TO EXERCISE WHEN THEY CONTINIOUSLY BILL YOU KASI MANGHIHINAYANG KA.” PLASTIC!

    Kaya nga one time, I advice my friend, pinahihirapan siya to terminate her memebership to tell them- ” WALA NA SIYANG PAMBAYAD PERIOD.” I even met a balikbayan, she signed a 3 months contract with them while she was on vacation here at the philippines, she was very mad, bec. nasa States na siya, fitness continuously billed her credit card, nagagastusan pa siya ng long distance call to complained about this. Ayaw nila mag refund, so, napilitan siya to availed of fitness facilities again pagbalikbayan niya ulit, thats when i meet her.

    Nakakatawa pa, You already signed a contract with them, say 1 year, but you still have to make a written notification 1 month before your contract expire or else they will continue to bill your credit card.
