Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Survey 2007

The current October 2006 issue of Reader’s Digest contains the Trusted Brands Survey, which must be submitted by 31 October 2006. The range of products include hotels, internet service provider, paint, water, and processed food. 500 lucky respondents will get the chance to win a Reader’s Digest Handy USB Drive.

But what is more interesting are the 6 brand attributes that one must keep in mind while voting from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). As consumers, these are what we can expect from the products and services that we acquire.

Trustworthiness The brand is safe for consumer use, and it constantly delivers on the promises it makes on its promotions.

Credible Image The identity of the brand is believable and appropriate.

Quality The products offered by the brand are well made or well designed.

Value The brand offers good value for money.

Understanding of Customer Needs The brand regularly demonstrates that it responds to and satisfies your needs as a customer.

Innovative The brand regularly introduces new products, features or services.
